New 5-axis lathe and rolling machine for large parts
We have received our new 5-axis lathe and are currently manufacturing the first test screws to fine-tune the production processes. The machine allows for a maximum turning diameter of 420 mm and a maximum turning length of approximately 3,100 mm. This allows us to produce longer and larger fasteners up to M180 entirely in-house.
Thanks to the servo-driven steady rest and the built-in glass scales, we can now achieve the highest levels of accuracy even with large dimensions. This enables us to offer large screws and complex custom parts even faster and more competitively.
To match this, we also received a new rolling machine from PROFIROLL with a rolling force of 100 tons. This will allow us to produce threads up to M120 in-house in the future and further expand our production capacities.
